Hotel la Serre** has no "King-size" beds and no "King-size" bathrooms: we got rid of these royal accoutrements during the French Revolution…. However we do have wonderfully charming rooms newly renovated with all the amenities. Each floor is dedicated to a Province in France and is accessible by lift. The rue Cler, neighbourhood has the open market and provides all kind of handy services including hairdressing salon, spa, laundromat, shoe mender, bank change, post office, cyber-café, travel agent, railways office, supermarket drugstore and much more... Restaurants, cafés and transportation are just outside our door. There is a soft drink distributor on the lobby during summertime you will find an ice machine, in the winter you can enjoy hot drinks around hearth.
